He is presently serving as an Executive Director with New Horizons India Limited, a company involved in running major educational programs. In the past, he has worked as the Secretary & CEO of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ('ICSI') for around 10 years. He has been actively associated with various Educational and Professional Institutions, Chambers of Commerce and various committees of the Government of India.

Sonal is a MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi and has a rich work experience of 18 years of working in various industries. He is currently working as Director & COO of Akme Projects Limited and in the past, he has worked with companies like Samsung Electronics, Micros Systems and United Breweries Limited.

Dushyant is a Licensed CPA (USA) & a Chartered Accountant from India. He works as a Senior Manager with a CPA firm based out of Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA and has been providing Corporate Tax advisory (Federal & State), personal tax planning and management consulting services to a variety of clients. He also leads the firms accounting practice for Federal Government Contractors including government compliance, Compilations and Reviews.

Sumit is a CPA in Australia and a lateral thinker who is passionate to create simple and optimum solutions to business inefficiencies. He has strong commercial acumen with hands on corporate experience in managing all aspects of financial & accounting functions across construction, bottling, 3PL, distribution, wineries, not for profit and hospitality industries. He specialises in corporate reporting, compliance, internal controls, process improvement, system development and cash flow management.
