Senior Chartered accountant having more than 40 years of wide experience in the fields of Audit, Taxation (Direct and Indirect) and Company Law Matters. He has represented clients in direct & indirect tax matters in the respective tax departments at all levels. He is an avid reader and shares his knowledge and experience in various training sessions conducted within the Company to update the knowledge of the team. He is the guiding light under whose supervision the firm has been providing quality services to its clients.

Prashant has over 14 years post qualification experience in the field of auditing, accounting and taxation. He has a good exposure to multinational companies. He has worked with the Audit Division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He did numerous Statutory, Tax and Internal Audit assignments during his employment with the firm. He has also worked with Delphi Automotive Systems in their Finance Department, mainly looking after Accounting and the Internal Control Function. He has done post qualification courses from ICAI on Information Systems Audit (ISA) and Valuation.
